THE PLANNING COMMISSION VOTED ON THE FOLLOWING:

Grand Reserve Record Plat: A Record Plat for a 12.6 acre tract of land zoned “R-3” Residence District for a 0.722 acre portion and “R-4” Residence District for an 11.883 acre portion and located east of the intersection of Olive Boulevard and Chesterfield Parkway.
