THE PLANNING COMMISSION VOTED ON THE FOLLOWING:

Peter Steffan, Proposed Lots 1 and 2: A Site Development Concept Plan, Conceptual Landscape Plan and Conceptual Lighting Plan for a 1.77 acre tract of land zoned “PC” Planned Commercial District, located north of Chesterfield Airport Road west of its intersection with Arnage Boulevard.

MOTION TO APPROVE PASSED BY A VOTE OF 8 TO 0.

Peter Steffan, Proposed Lot 1 (AutoZone): A Site Development Section Plan, Landscape Plan, Lighting Plan, Architectural Elevations, and Architect’s Statement of Design for a 0.88 acre tract of land zoned “PC” Planned Commercial District, located north of Chesterfield Airport Road west of its intersection with Arnage Boulevard.

MOTION TO APPROVE, WITH MODIFICATIONS, PASSED BY A VOTE OF 8 TO 0.
