NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the City of Chesterfield will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, May 30, 2012, at 7:00 PM, in the Council Chambers at the City Hall, 690 Chesterfield Parkway West, Chesterfield, Missouri 63017. Said hearing will be as follows:

P.Z. 05-2012 CVPBA III (17298 & 17280 North Outer 40 Road): A request for an ordinance amendment in a "PC" Planned Commercial District of 6.172 acres in size and located north of US Highway 40/Interstate 64 and immediately east of its intersection with Boones Crossing (17U620172 & 17U620183).

• Medical Offices with overnight stays for observation purposes, not to exceed seventy-two (72) hours.
