NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Adjustment of the City of Chesterfield will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, July 6, 2017 at 6:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers at the City of Chesterfield City Hall, 690 Chesterfield Parkway West, Chesterfield, Missouri63017.

The Board will consider the following:

B.A. 02-2017 1931 Sandburg Ct (Ron and Roberta Gipson): A request for a variance from the Walden Pond Record Plat for Lot 15 of Walden Pond to maintain a rear yard setback of 42 feet in lieu of the 50 foot setback requirement. (19T310492)
