THE PLANNING COMMISSION VOTED ON THE FOLLOWING:

Chesterfield Village Mall (Watermark at Chesterfield Village) SDP: A Site Development Plan, Landscape Plan, Lighting Plan, Architectural Elevations and Architect’s Statement of Design for a 12.96 acre tract of land zoned “R-8” Residence District with a Planned Environment Unit (PEU) procedure located southeast of the intersection of Chesterfield Parkway West and Lydia Hill Road.

MOTION TO APPROVE, WITH CONDITIONS, PASSED BY A VOTE OF 5 TO 0.

 

Chesterfield Commons West, Outlot 4 (Raising Cane’s) SDSP: A Site Development Section Plan, Landscape Plan, Tree Stand Delineation, Tree Preservation Plan, Lighting Plan, Architectural Elevations and Architect's Statement of Design for a 2.08 acre tract of land zoned “PC” Planned Commercial District located west of RHL Drive, south of its intersection with Chesterfield Airport Road.

MOTION TO APPROVE PASSED BY A VOTE OF 4 TO 1.

 

MPD Investments, Adjusted Lot 2 (Beyond Self Storage at Chesterfield) SDSP: A Site Development Section Plan, Landscape Plan, Lighting Plan, Architectural Elevations, Architect's Statement of Design, and Parking Modification for a 2.99 acre tract of land zoned “PI” Planned Industrial District located north of North Outer 40 Road, west of its intersection with Boone’s Crossing.

MOTION TO APPROVE PASSED BY A VOTE OF 5 TO 0.
