Delmar Gardens: An Amended Lighting Plan for an 11.17 acre parcel of land zoned "NU" Non-Urban District with a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) located east of the intersection of Interstate 64/U.S. Highway 40-61 and Chesterfield Parkway East.
