NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Adjustment of the City of Chesterfield will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, October 4, 2018 at 6:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers at the City of Chesterfield City Hall, 690 Chesterfield Parkway West, Chesterfield, Missouri63017.

The Board will consider the following:

B.A. 01-2018 323 Willow Weald Path (David and Amber Rogan): A request for a variance from City of Chesterfield Ordinance 2021 for Lot 105 of The Reserve at Chesterfield Village to maintain a rear yard setback of 10 feet in lieu of the 15 foot setback requirement for a tract of land zoned as a Planned Environment Unit “PEU” and “R-5” Residence District.
