BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Adjustment of the City of Chesterfield will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, October 6, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at Chesterfield City Hall, 690 Chesterfield Parkway West, Chesterfield Missouri 63017.
The Board will consider the following:
B.A. 03-2022 1100 White Road (The Fulton School): A request for a variance from the minimum lot area requirements of the R2-Residence District and NU-Non Urban zoning districts to permit the Junior High and Senior High Education Facility uses on 8.9 acres of land.
