Downtown Chesterfield Category C, Lot A (WILDHORSE) Sign Package: A request for a Sign Package to establish sign criteria for a 7.3 acre tract of land located northeast of the intersection of Wild Horse Creek Road and Old Chesterfield Road.

MOTION TO APPROVE PASSED BY A VOTE OF 7 TO 1.

  

McBride & Son Center, Lot 3 (Medical Building) Sign Package: A request to amend a Sign Package for a medical office building on a 1.69-acre tract of land located southwest of the intersection of Boone’s Crossing and Interstate 64 (17U610106).

MOTION TO APPROVE PASSED BY A VOTE OF 8 TO 0.
