March 28 - Diabetes Alert Day
Diabetes Alert Day is a one-day “wake-up call” that focuses on the seriousness of diabetes and the importance of understanding your risk. St. Luke’s Hospital will be offering glucose screenings, diabetes risk-assessments and education resources to learn more about health and wellness.

April 11 - Heritage Museum Art and History
Chesterfield Historical presents a series of stories about some of the early Chesterfield settlers, such as James MacKay, Joseph Conway, Ezekiel Rogers, Frederick and Nancy Bates, George Gordon and Isaac Woods.  Althought these pioneers were all farmers, they were so much more.  

May 9 - Mind & Body
Join a Holistic Stress Management trained Registered Nurse from St. Luke's Hospital to learn about the connection of your brain to pain. Explore new and alternative strategies to support your current pain management plan. 

May 16 - Keep Your Keys

Join St. Luke’s community educators to learn how to keep your keys. In partnership with MU Healthcare, this presentation will cover staying medically and physically fit to drive, when and how to prepare for driving retirement, and tools and resources to help keep you safe on the road. 

May 23 - Guarded Wellness - Presernving Home Independence
This program will review different types of home healthcare and payment options. 

May 30 - Scam and Fraud Prevention
The Chesterfield Police Department Fraud Prevention presentation focuses on common scams our citizens have fallen victim to, how to spot them and how to avoid them.  Our senior citizen community is the audience most targeted by these scams.
