Join us for Family Fun Day at the Ballpark on Saturday, August 6! The day of fun starts at 6:30 pm with exciting activities including Knockerball, a Home Run Derby, Wiffleball, Kickball, plus arts and crafts! Then families can wind down and watch the baseball classic, “The Sandlot” beginning at dusk!  The event is free to attend.

KNOCKERBALL | 6:30 PM-8:30 PM
Knockerball is a fun game where kids wear an inflatable sphere while they play soccer and can safely knock their friends down during the game! The game will rotate a new group every five minutes.  Instructors will be on hand to supervise and instruct on proper usage of Knockerballs.  Small Knockerballs for younger participants are also available.

HOME RUN DERBY | 6:30 PM-8:45 PM
Each kid will have five swings to hit the ball as far as possible!  Different age groups will have a different “Home Run Wall.”  Prior to the movie, all scores will be calculated and prizes will be handed out to winners.

WIFFLEBALL/KICKBALL | 6:30 PM-8:45 PM
Enjoy pickup games of Wiffleball and Kickball before the movie!

ARTS & CRAFTS | 6:30 PM-9:00 PM
Baseball related crafts for all ages will be available.  Glow in the dark paint and products will be available!

SERENGETI STEVE | 7:00 PM
Don’t miss Serengeti Steve and the reptile experience! A fun meet and greet with live reptiles!

MOVIE “THE SANDLOT” | AT DUSK
A new kid in town is taken under the wing of a young baseball prodigy and his team in this coming of age movie set in the summer of 1962. Together, they get themselves into many adventures involving rival teams, lifeguards, and a vicious dog. (Rated PG)

Feel free to bring chairs and blankets! No glass or tobacco products, please.
