The North Outer 40 Sanitary Sewer project was designed by Stock & Associates Consulting Engineers, Inc. The project is funded through the State of Missouri American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) Legislative Priority Water Infrastructure Projects program administered by the Missouri Department of Natural Resources and by Gateway Studios LLC.
Construction is scheduled to begin in early 2025 and substantial completion is expected in early to mid-2026, weather dependent.
