Seal Coat Parking Lots and Trails Project

This project consists of the asphalt seal coating of parking lots of the Chesterfield Valley Athletic Complex (CVAC), and CVAC Maintenance Building, Dierberg’s Meditation Park and Trail, all Levee Trail segments, and the trail around Chesterfield Village Lake. The project will also include striping for all these sealed areas. 

Work is scheduled to begin in the spring of 2023. There will be temporary closures of the Monarch-Chesterfield Levee Trail and portions of the CVAC access drives/parking lots during the project.

Project Updates
03-06-2023 - Asphalt crack sealing work at the CVAC, Monarch Chesterfield Levee Trail, and Dierberg’s Meditation Park is scheduled to begin. Parking lots and trails will remain open with only temporary and short duration closures during the work days where crack sealing is occurring.
08-31-2022 - Preconstruction meeting was held at the City Hall.
