April 26, 2022 - Project Clear Meeting

The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District (MSD) works to protect the public health and environment through effective wastewater and stormwater management. As part of MSD Project Clear, a long-term effort to reduce basement backups and sewer overflows, MSD has engaged the services of Lochmueller Group, Inc. to design sewer improvements through a project planned in your neighborhood:
WHITE PLAINS SANITARY RELIEF (SALTBOX DR TO CEDAR CREEK RD) (12280).

A Clear Solution:
MSD Project Clear planners and engineers have designed a new project called White Plains Sanitary Relief (Saltbox Dr to Cedar Creek Rd) (12280) This project will help reduce basement backups and prevent sewer overflows by increasing the size of the sewer.
Additional information on the project can be found by visiting msdprojectclear.org/12280. We appreciate your cooperation as we work together to improve water quality and reduce basement backups in your neighborhood.

Sincerely,
