ALL IN-PERSON COURT PROCEEDINGS WILL BEGIN ON JUNE 15TH, 2021 AT 7:00 P.M.  ALL DATES AFTER THAT WILL ALSO BE IN-PERSON COURT.

FACE MASKS ARE NO LONGER REQUIRED, BUT ARE CONSIDERED OPTIONAL FOR ENTERING THE COURTROOM.  BE ADVISED THAT THE COURTROOM IS SANITIZED REGUARLY AND ALL SURFACES ARE WIPED DOWN CONTINOUSLY.  PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN PEN OR ONE WILL BE PROVIDED AND THEN CLEANED BETWEEN USES.

READ THE FOLLOWING:

The following persons shall not enter into the municipal court room:

-Persons who have been asked to self-quarantine by any doctor, hospital or health agency;
-Persons who have been diagnosed with, or have had contact with, anyone who has been diagnosed with COVID-19; and
-Persons with unexplained fever, cough or shortness of breath



NOTE:  AS OF FEBRUARY 1, 2020 THE CLARKSON VALLEY DIVISION COURT WILL BE OPERATED AND HELD AT THE CHESTERFIELD DIVISION, LOCATED AT CHESTERFIELD CITY HALL, 690 CHESTERFIELD PARKWAY WEST, CHESTERFIELD, MO 63017

The Chesterfield and Clarkson Valley Courts are a Division of the St. Louis County Circuit Court and are the judicial branch of the City government. The Municipal Division Judge and Prosecuting Attorneys are appointed by the Mayor with the consent of the City Council. All City ordinance violations, including traffic, criminal, housing, zoning and various other types of violations are tried by the Municipal Division. The Court Administrator administers the day-to-day functions of the Court and the Violations Bureau with help from the Assistant Court Administrator and a Court Assistant. All Court personnel are under the supervision of the Municipal Division Judge.  The Court Administrator supervises both the Assistant Court Administrator and the Court Assistant.
