City of Chesterfield passes Ordinance #3103

The City of Chesterfield recognizes the significant impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on local businesses and residents due to business closures, stay at home orders, and other restrictions resulting from the response to the pandemic. Additionally, the City recognizes that circumstances businesses and residents are faced with are constantly changing in order to adapt to health recommendations.

In light of the COVID-19 pandemic and its economic impact, the City of Chesterfield has passed Ordinance #3103 in support of our businesses that are working to provide services while taking reasonable actions to protect health and safety. Ordinance #3103 authorizes temporary exceptions to city regulations, including, but not limited to, various development criteria, licensing fees, and digital seal/signature requirements.
