St. Louis County has released two funding opportunities related to Section 5001 of the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act, codified at 42 U.S.C. § 801 (the “CARES Act”) under the Coronavirus Relief Fund related to the humanitarian response program. More information at

Applications are now being accepted for the following:

  • COVID-19 Humanitarian Response Program. Applications are being accepted in the following impact areas including; seniors and homebound programs, housing stabilization and homeless prevention, technology, and social and emotional wellness for children.
