Women’s Only Self-Defense Lectures at City Hall (16+)

Stay prepared for all the unique threats that women face in their daily lives. Xtreme Krav Maga instructors will cover situational awareness, verbal commands, personal safety strategies and the importance of learning to defend yourself to gain confidence to react efficiently and effectively if necessary.
