What is Chesterfield SeeClickFix?
SeeClickFix is a problem reporting platform that allows residents to report non-emergency concerns to the City of Chesterfield and receive updates on the status of their request and all other requests in the City. SeeClickFix is monitored during the City’s regular business hours, typically 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday.
SeeClickFix is not for reporting emergencies. If you have an emergency, please dial 911 or contact the Chesterfield Police Department at 636-537-3000.
SeeClickFix is a new system for the City of Chesterfield that adds significant improvements to our previous problem reporting system. Specifically, SeeClickFix allows for more specific locations based on a map, users can add photos to their concern and, concerns can be entered through a mobile device that automatically captures the concern location. Communication regarding the status of your concern, and all concerns in the City, is greatly improved.

How does SeeClickFix work?
- Submit – The City receives requests submitted through SeeClickFix
- Review – Once submitted, requests are reviewed by the appropriate City department and work is assigned or scheduled, as necessary. Our goal is to acknowledge that we’ve received the request within two business days of receiving it.
- Work – Times to address a concern vary but rest assured once we have acknowledged that we have received the request, we are working on it!
- Update – City staff will add updates to the request once they are available, keeping you up to date on the status of your request.
- Close – Once the problem has been resolved, the request will be closed.
How will I know the status of my request?
You can view the status of your request in SeeClickFix. If you create an account you will be able to easily see your request. Even without an account you can always view all open requests in SeeClickFix here.
If you include an e-mail address with your request you will receive automatic e-mail updates each time there is a status change for your request.
Are there problems I shouldn’t report in SeeClickFix?
Yes, the following services are not provided by the City and they should not be reported to the City through SeeClickFix. Problems with these services or agencies should be reported directly to the responsible agency. If you don’t know the agency responsible, you can still report it to the City, and we will either report it to the agency on your behalf, if possible, or contact you with information on who you should contact.
