Drunk Driving Laws

City of Chesterfield drunk driving laws are published in the City Code under Chapter 18, sections 27 and 28. It is unlawful to operate a motor vehicle in an intoxicated or drugged condition. Intoxication is measured by the amount of alcohol in a person's blood. Legal intoxication is eight-hundredths of one percent (or more) by weight of alcohol in blood, expressed as 0.08%.
