Pavilion Permit & Rules

Permits for use of the pavilions may be obtained at Chesterfield City Hall or by clicking the button below. The Pavilion is available to rent seven days a week from 9:00 a.m. to dusk, February 5 through December 31.

(Occupancy is limited to 75)
$75/day Monday-Friday 
$125/day Saturday & Sunday 
$125/day Holiday

Tables, grill with hot coal container, trash cans, 1 outlet box with 4 plugs

WEST PAVILION 
(Occupancy is limited to 60)
$50/day Monday-Friday 
$100/day Saturday & Sunday 
$100/day Holiday

Amenities:
6 tables, trash cans, grill, hot coal container, 2 fans, 9 outlets

LOGAN PARK
(Occupancy is limited to 60)
$50/day Monday-Friday

Resident individuals must present an official Missouri driver's license or state identification card, with valid Chesterfield address listed at the time of transaction. Chesterfield businesses must present a business license or written request on company letterhead to receive the business rate.
